Wine and food store The Providore Warehouse is opening a cafe at Tangs Orchard in Singapore.

The new cafe, scheduled to open in November, will be themed similarly to its existing Mandarin Gallery outlet, offering Western-style food with a modern Australian influence.

It will complement its retail shop, which offers signature products and gifts, on basement one of the department store.

Tan Ee Boon, The Providore Warehouse’s Singapore head, says the cafe is part of Tangs Orchard’s undergoing transformation to redefine shopping experience.

The Providore Warehouse was founded by former Australian chef Bruce Chapman and Robert Collick.
