Famous restaurateur Gordon Ramsay is to open Bread Street Kitchen in Singapore in 2015.

Bread Street Kitchen, one of 12 restaurant brands owned by the Gordon Ramsay Group in London, will serve a British-European menu.

The restaurant will be located at Marina Bay Sands.

“I’m delighted to be opening in Singapore with a partner such as Marina Bay Sands, which is well known for providing world-class dining experiences in a market where people simply love their food,” said Ramsay.

“The further expansion into Asia is an exciting move for us and will see our successful London concepts being transferred and tailored to this new market,” he said.

Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen will be officially opening its first Asian restaurant in Hong Kong’s Lan Kwai Fong Hotel on September 18.

The Hong Kong restaurant will be operated in partnership with Dining Concepts.
