Indonesia’s Matahari Putra Prima (MPPA) has opened a new Foodmart Supermarket at Madiun.
Matahari Foodmart Madiun is located in the luxury Suncity Mall shopping center in the heart of Madiun.
Foodmart Suncity Mall Madiun is the third Foodmart outlet in East Java has has a gross floor area of 1500 sqm.
Danny Kojongian, MPPA’s director of public relations and communications said Madiun has “remarkable economic growth”, especially in trade and services sector.
“We want to develop meaningful, long-term relationships with our customers by delivering convenience, informative and engaging in-store experience.”
PT Matahari Putra Prima (MPPA) operates Hypermart, Foodmart and Boston Health & Beauty retail chains in Indonesia. Its total 2014 sales amounted to Rp 13,59 trillion, a growth of 14.1 per cent from 2013.
Matahari Hypermart has the broadest store network among Indonesia’s hypermarket operators, represented in more than 60 cities ranging from Tanjung Balai (Medan) to Jayapura (Papua).
