Juicy Couture to open Beijing flagship

California based fashion brand, Juicy Couture unveils its first flagship store in Beijing this week.

The 4300sqft flagship, located in the Sanlitun shopping centre which is also home to a large two-story Apple store, will be opened with a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by by Juicy Couture’s president and CEO LeAnn Nealz.

The Beijing flagship store resembles a chateau and has a color scheme of gold, pink and cerulean blue. The store highlights a bedazzling marble staircase with a motive railing of charm and chain necklace and a large chandelier made of crystal.

Dressing rooms are embellished with French-inspired textile wallpaper and Juicy Couture poppy. To provide customers with comfort and intimate ambience, lounge furnishings are displayed throughout the store.

Customers can buy items from the brand’s collection of babies’, girls’ and women’s swimwear, intimates, jewellery, scents, accessories, small leather goods and sunglasses.

Juicy Couture designs and produces casual and dressy apparel and was founded in 1996 by Gela Nash-Taylor and Pamela Skaist-Levy. The brand is famous for its signature velour tracksuits.

Juicy Couture has been gradually expanding in China since 2006. By end of this year, the brand will have 38 stores throughout China and 22 in other Asian countries.
