Xiniya Fashion, a Chinese fashion house specialising in men’s business and casual apparel and accessories, has opened its fifth flagship store in Quanzhou, in the Fujian province.
“In terms of design, this new store is the most impressive among our flagships. It is multi-level and will feature Xiniya’s complete line of menswear, shoes and accessories,” said Qiming Xu, chairman and CEO of Xiniya.
“The atmosphere is modern and sophisticated, and should resonate well with our aspirational male customer between the ages of 25 to 45 years.”
The new store spread across 4840sqft joins other Xiniya flagships in Jinjiang, Zun Yi, Harbin and Chengdu.
Quanzhou, a second-tier city of more than 6 million people, reported GDP growth of 12.8 per cent in 2010 and 13.6 per cent through June 2011. The city’s disposable income also grew to 9.8 per cent in 2010 and 12.8 per cent during this year’s first half. Consumer goods’ retail sales rose to 17 per cent since 2010 until June 2011.
Xiniya products are sold via 28 distributors, 1500 authorised retail outlets located in 21 provinces, five autonomous regions and four municipalities across China. The retail outlets are owned and managed by third parties and mostly located in second-tier and smaller cities where there are fewer international menswear competitors.
