Pico Joint Stock Corporation will soon open its first commercial centre in Ho Chi Minh City.
To be located in Tan Binh District, the mixed-use commercial complex called Pico Plaza will house retail spaces over five storeys and offices over 10 storeys.
The retail spaces will be occupied by high-end fashion and cosmetics stores, an electronics centre, entertainment space, cinema, food stores, banks and a 6000sqm Pico supermarket that will be housed on the third floor.
Pico Joint Stock Corporation is said to have invested one trillion dong (US$48 million) in the project which due to open in the third quarter.
Pico Plaza follows the opening of five-storey Pico mall in Hanoi.
