Billabong opens second Indonesia store

After a very successful joint venture earlier this year, PT Billabong and Delami Brands have launched a new store in Jakarta.

Located on the upper ground floor of Kota Kasablanka mall, the 120 sqm space is fitted with natural wood and concrete flooring to capture an urban surf environment. Besides an extensive range of products from Billabong, also available in the store are skate decks from VonZipper and Sector9.

Billabong Kota Kasablanka is the second Billabong store in Indonesia which offers up the Billabong Since 73 Membership Program: a loyalty program which offers exclusive customer rewards, as well as exclusive updates from the brand.

First Billabong store in Indonesia was opened at Central Park Mall on May 11 this year.

“Billabong is a well-known brand among the youth across the world and Indonesia is no exception. We are fully committed to make this brand a success,” said Thomas Farial, president of Delami Brands, the company which manages Billabong in Indonesia.

Meanwhile, Billabong has also opened its first flagship store in Hong Kong at Hysan Place shopping mall in Causeway Bay.

Founded in 1973, Billabong produces surfwear and sports apparel and accessories for the surf, skate and snowboard markets.
