Superga enters Hong Kong

Italian shoe brand Superga has entered Hong Kon, opening its first store at Harbour City.

According to Marco Boglione, president of BasicNet Group, Superga’s parent, the company will open 10 shops in Hong Kong and the mainland within a year.

“We are pushing the Italianness of Superga; Italy is a good brand around the world. In Hong Kong and the mainland, people love Italian food, Italian fashion, Italian culture,” said Boglione.

To mark the opening, the company displayed a giant shoe – the world’s biggest Superga’s classic 2750 shoe, a replica measuring six metres high, two metres wide and three metres long.
