Luk Fook opens giant China flagship

Jeweller Luk Fook has opened its largest flagship store in mainland China, in Wuhan.

The five-storey store is located at Zhongshan Ave and has a floor area of 16,000 sqft. It also serves as the largest retail and supporting centre of the jeweller in Wuhan.

The store offers a wide variety of jewellery products, together with functional areas, including a private VIP room. Luk Fook said the store would meet the preferences of different customers and provide them with a brand new shopping experience.

“Wuhan, as a focal city in Central China, has enjoyed rapid economic development. As the largest flagship store in mainland China, its privileged location successfully attracts numerous customers and contributes to our business with a satisfactory performance,” said chairman and CEO Wong Wai Sheung.

“The new flagship store is a milestone of our successful penetration into the mainland China market that further enhances Luk Fook’s brand image and public recognition.”

Since the opening of its first store in the mainland China in 1994, Luk Fook has expanded its footprint to over 250 cities and autonomous regions across 31 provinces. It currently has 1042 stores in the mainland.
