Jubilant Foodworks to expand Dunkin Donuts

Jubilant Foodworks is to grow Dunkin Donuts in India by opening up to 100 stores within the next four years.

The company says it is now identifying locations nationwide.

The US chain and Jubilant Foodworks forged their alliance in February 2011, opened the first store in New Delhi in May 2012 and now has 10 stores across India.

Besides donuts, the chain also offers beverages such as coffee and tea and food like bagels, muffins, sandwiches, hash browns and more.

Jubilant Foodworks CEO Ajay Kaul says that the company believes in the country’s potential growth despite the slowdown there.

The Indian company also operates US pizza chain Domino’s Pizza, which just opened its 600th store in India.
