New dining hub for Hong Kong

Wolly Pig Concepts has launched Madam S’ate at Elements Shopping Mall, bringing a new contemporary French dining in Hong Kong.

The brains behind the venture are husband and wife duo Chris Woodyard and Bronwyn Cheung, whose goal is to bring quality experiences to Hong Kong diners. The pair believes that dining should be a memorable pursuit, and aim to make lasting impressions through outstanding, creative dining concepts.

New Zealand born chef George Scott Toft will head the kitchen: trained in both the UK and Australia, he brings experience from Michelin-starred establishments such as Sketch Library and Lecture Room in London under world renowned chef, Pierre Gagnaire and Marque in Sydney, nominated in the San Pellegrino World’s Top 100 Restaurants.

Madam S’ate offers mid morning coffees, an all day menu and the option of quick eats as well as leisurely dinners and weekend brunches. A wine list sports 60 different options from the best new and old world wineries, and diners can enjoy a drink in the alfresco courtyard or at the bar from Group Beverage Manager Tom Wood, World Class ‘Bartender of the Year 2011’ in Hong Kong.
