Caliburger to debut in Philippines

California fast food chain Caliburger is set to open its first outlet in the Philippines on January 15.

The 4500 sqft restaurant will be located at the new Century City Mall in Makati. It will include a bar and an al fresco area where “guests can enjoy their premium burgers, sip cool beer, and listen to premium Cali music”.

“Our strategy for the first two CaliBurger restaurants in the Philippines is to build stunning, location destinations in the most popular, trendy areas of Manila that allow customers to fully experience the premium Cali eco-system,” said Enrique Gonzales, chairman of IP Ventures, Caliburger’s partner in the Philippines.

Caliburger, which offers burgers and chicken sandwiches, also has outlets in Shanghai and Hong Kong.
