German audio company Sennheiser has opened an exclusive store in Indian city of Kolkata.

Located at Quest Mall, the store offers a wide range of products including headphones, audiophile, travel, sports, home entertainment, mobile, gaming and DJ lines.

“We have seen the headphone market in India growing many-fold since the inception of Sennheiser India in 2007. We are happy to open the inaugural exclusive store in the region,” said Sennheiser India MD Gunjan Srivastava.

The flagship store is part of Sennheiser’s broder strategy to demonstrate its brand leadership in India and to expand its experiential product showcases to consumers across the region, says Eric Denise, Sennheiser Asia’s VP of sales.

Sennheiser Electronic Asia is fully owned by Sennheiser electronic GmbH & Co in Germany. It was formed in 1992 to oversee the Asian market including Southeast Asia, Korea, and other Indian subcontinents market.
