Spanish brand strengthens China presence

Spanish hosiery, homewear and intimates brand Punto Blanco ended 2013 with four Chinese stores.

The stores are located in Shenyang, Beijing, Wuxi and Qingdao follow two in Hong Kong opened a year earlier.

The Barcelona-based brand plans to open more stores across China this year. It is also looking to expand to other Asian markets, including Korea.

Established at the end of the nineteenth century, Punto Blanco has served the fashion industry for more than 100 years as a sock manufacturer, branching out into underwear in 1995. Now a full range of underwear and accessories for men, women and children is available in over 35 countries.
