Taiwanese company Gourmet Master plans to open a flagship 85°C Bakery Cafe store in Beijing.

The opening is planned for September or October in Daxing, and will target younger consumers.

85°C Bakery Cafe is often referred to as ‘Taiwan’s Starbucks’ – and also sells breads and cakes.

It has opened 423 company operated outlets across China since entering the nation in 2007.
