Alexander McQueen’s first Japanese flagship

Luxury fashion brand Alexander McQueen has opened its first Japanese flagship in Tokyo’s Aoyama neighborhood.

The 4200 sqft store sits alongside luxury labels Givenchy, Prada, Marc Jacobs and Balenciaga. Offerings include men’s and women’s wear collections, including runway looks, ready-to-wear designs and accessories.

Designed by creative director Sarah Burton and David Collins Studio, the bi-level store features a palette of gray, lilac, white and soft gold.

CEO Jonathan Akeroyd says Alexander McQueen plans further expansion worldwide including in Chengdu, China and Harbour City in Hong Kong.
