7-Eleven Malaysia launches new concept

Convenience store 7-Eleven plans to open 200 new concept stores in Malaysia over the next two years.

The concept stores will include a cafe, with food and beverages provided.

“With our seating areas which provide free wifi internet and our serving of fresh food and beverage, we think our new stores will be a place for people to congregate and enjoy their time,” said deputy CEO Gary Brown.

“The next generation of stores will be available in key cities in the Klang Valley, Penang and Johor,” he added.

The plan has been made during the opening of 1600th 7-Eleven store in Malaysia.
