Stuart Weitzman reaches China online

Footwear designer Stuart Weitzman will launch a dedicated e-commerce site in mainland China.

Stuart Weitzman recently signed Monica Schwartz to oversee all aspects of global e-commerce and digital strategies for the stuartweitzman.com platforms in the US, Canada, Europe and Hong Kong and the soon-to-be-launched e-commerce site in China.

Schwartz brings on board more than 15 years of experience and digital knowledge in the luxury retail and technology sectors, having previously built and led the e-commerce team at David Yurman. Prior to David Yurman, Schwartz was at eBay, where she was responsible for the strategy and launch of the Flash Sales Platform.

“The number one priority for our organisation is to expand all of our e-commerce platforms globally with a universal synergy of our core retail values – outstanding customer service and innovation – ensuring our customers’ digital Stuart Weitzman experience is uniform throughout, regardless of the country from which they visit our online boutique,” said Wayne Kulkin, CEO.

Stuart Weitzman’s e-commerce sites around the world complement its more than 100 physical stores globally.
