Singapore’s largest Italian restaurant chain PastaMania plans to open more China stores.

The network will be strengthened through a mix of new company stores and franchising.

The third company store will be launched in the fourth quarter at Raffles City mall in Huangpu district in Shanghai.

Future openings are planned for other Shanghai districts including Jingan, Changning and Wujiaochang.

PastaMania debuted in Shanghai in 2013 at the Pudong Lujiazui Super Brand Mall and Puxi Xujiahui Metro City Mall.

The restaurant was recently recognised as ‘Best Italian Casual Dining Restaurant’ by lifestyle and F&B magazine That’s Shanghai.
