Fortnum & Mason teams with Lane Crawford

Exclusive British department store Fortnum & Mason has teamed up with Hong Kong department store Lane Crawford to test the Hong Kong market.

The English company’s food, beverages and gifts will feature in carefully curated gift hampers sold by Lane Crawford commencing this week.

“Fortnum & Mason is recognised globally for its signature offering of high quality food, beverages, and gifts,” said Andrew Keith, Lane Crawford’s president, in a statement.

“It’s impeccable service and its rich heritage make Fortnum & Mason strongly attuned to Lane Crawford, and we are very excited to bring this luxury experience to our customers in Hong Kong.”

The British chain will supply its own-brand tea, chocolate, confectionery, biscuits, fine china and tea gifts for the hampers. Lane Crawford will sell Fortnum & Mason lines on its ecommerce website and create in-store displays to reflect the style of the Piccadilly London flagship.


Fortnum & Mason was founded in 1707 and has department stores in Piccadilly, central London and near St Pancras Station. It also has shops at Heathrow Airport’s Terminal 5 and in Dubai and its foods are sold through retail partners worldwide.
