Burberry opens in Omotesando

Burberry’s stylish new Tokyo store takes up four floors in the heart of Tokyo’s chic Omotesando district.

The new store was created under the design direction of Christopher Bailey and houses the largest Burberry product assortment in Japan, including the brand’s full menswear and womenswear collections.

The store’s illuminated glass façade celebrates the Burberry check design, while the interior references British architecture throughout.

Video screens broadcast Burberry content and live events directly from the brand’s global headquarters in London.

Burberry says the newly relocated store demonstrates the brand’s long-term commitment to Japan, where it currently has 16 stores including its Kobe flagship and stores in Ginza, Marronnier, Dori and Roppongi.
