US luxury jeweller Harry Winston has opened its first retail store in Macau as it further builds on it Greater China footprint.
The boutique, located at G080 on The Promenade in the Galaxy Macau integrated resort, houses Harry Winston’s most exquisite fine jewellery and timepiece collections, including rare diamonds and gemstones.
Designed to capture the elegance and intimacy of a private estate, the interior layout of the new salon reflects a contemporary variation on the traditional Harry Winston style, drawing references from the eloquence and architecture of the brand’s iconic Fifth Avenue flagship store.
According to the company, a soft taupe and grey colour palette complement the custom-designed black lacquer and antique bronze furniture, with bespoke chandeliers, hand-beaded silk walls and antique accents.
The new shop has dedicated areas for Harry Winston’s high jewellery, bridal, timepiece and fine jewellery collections to ensure clients receive a personalised shopping experience. It also has private selling rooms.
Founded in New York City in 1932, The House of Harry Winston continues to set the standard for fine jewellery and luxury watch-making. Over the years, it has acquired some of the world’s most famous gemstones including the Jonker, Hope and Winston Legacy Diamonds. It has also adorned Hollywood’s top celebrities.
Harry Winston opened its first Hong Kong boutique last November.
Headquartered in New York, the company also operates retail salons in New York, Beverly Hills, London, Paris, Geneva, Tokyo and Shanghai.
