Aeon has launched a new online store selling authentic Japanese cuisine to Hongkongers.
Japanese food is enormously popular in the territory and Aeon offers a broad range of foodstuffs in its local stores.
Since last week, Aeon Group’s parent company, Aeon Hong Kong and Aeon Direct Corporation have been working together to create AeonCity, a site designed specifically for Hong Kong customers to shop cross-border online and have foods “fresh direct delivered”.

AeonCity offers seasonal fruits, Japanese rice and a wide range of seafood. All products are transported by air to ensure freshness and quality.
Aeon says it provides a completely safe and secure process to deliver fresh Japanese products to Hong Kong customers 24/7.
The company will use its Okinawa International logistics trans-shipment hub to receive goods from across Japan and distribute to Hong Kong to ensure safety and freshness.
