Singapore’s Changi Airport Group is seeking four mid-price brand name fashion tenants for concessions.

The Changi Airport retail space is available in Terminal 1 in the Departure/Transit west area, airside. The four spaces are 70 sqm, 78 sqm, 83 sqm and 161 sqm.

“We are looking for unique and exciting speciality brands and concepts that are currently not represented at Terminal 1 of Singapore Changi Airport and will inject buzz to and differentiate the retail offerings at Singapore Changi Airport,” the company says in a tender invitation.

“All product categories may be considered, except for liquor & tobacco and perfumes & cosmetics.”

Tenders for the three-year contracts close on October 26.
