Lady M Hong Kong marks second store

Lady M Hong Kong, the local arm of the New York cake shop chain, has opened its second cafe in the city.
The luxury cafe concept which is already in Singapore (one of its two locations there is pictured above) opened its first Hong Kong outlet in the Harbour City shopping centre several months ago. The second is in IFC Mall
The Hong Kong franchise of Lady M is owned by Stephen Yeung and Tammy Wu who will use recipes from New York to create regular and season offers in the cafe.
The highly awarded concept also has four cafes in the US (three in New York and one in Los Angeles) and three in Seoul.
To mark the new store, Lady M’s chefs have created a unique to Hong Kong cake: Earl Grey Mille Crepes, featuring 20 layers of thin crepes with Earl Gray tea-infused whipped cream in between. The luxury dessert costs HK$75 a slice.
