Gordon Ramsay plans more eateries

Celebrity chef and TV personality Gordon Ramsay says he plans two more restaurants next year in Hong Kong.
Ramsay was in the city over the weekend to open his newest dining destination – his second restaurant in town – London House, located in Tsim Sha Tsui. Last year Ramsay opened Bread Street Kitchen in Central.
Next up are Gordon Ramsay’s Fish & Chips – and a high end steak and sushi eatery called Maze Grill, which has four locations in London.
In an interview with the South China Morning Post, Ramsay said Hong Kong was becoming a “jewel in the crown” of his global restaurant network.
“We’ve tested the Hong Kong waters and those waters are brilliant. The amount of interest since launching Bread Street Kitchen has actually been phenomenal.”
“Hong Kong – it’s a great hub for us.”
