Cold-pressed Water Juicery launches online

A Michelin Two-Star chef has opened an online store selling cold pressed juices from his Hong Kong base.
Paris-born chef Akrame Benallal from Atelier Vivanda restaurant in Wan Chai, has created a brand – Water Juicery – blending his signature creative style and flavours into a series of cold-pressed juices.
The Water Juicery range will go on sale online on its dedicated site, as well as being available at Atelier Vivanda, and selected natural products retailers in the city.
Benallal says Water Juicery marks his first endeavour in the healthy living market, highlighting that one does not have to compromise taste when eating healthily.

Water Juicery will present 21 cold-pressed juices and three cold-pressed smoothies which are raw, fresh, unpasteurised and described as “stylish, and tasty”.  Cold-pressed by Norwalk Juicer, an original hydraulic press juicer, which can produce 50-100 per cent more juice with up to five times the vitamins and minerals of juices made by other machines.
I am excited to introduce an avant garde way of juicing, and making it an adventure for people who are seeking a quality lifestyle,” said Benallal.
“With Hong Kong’s social calendar filling up and the festive season upon us, it is the perfect time to launch the brand to help urbanites get in shape before the festive celebrations commence.”
Working with a seasoned nutritionist, Chef Akrame has developed a collection of 24 juices that are healthy and palatable – which are grouped into four colour categories, including Red, Orange, Yellow, and Green.
Water-Juicery collections
Highlights from the Red collection of juices include the inspired La Vie En Rose, a performance booster consisting of nutrient-rich beetroot, refreshing cucumber, apple, and strawberry and Madame Carrot, which helps the body resist infection with key ingredients such as carrots, apple, orange, beetroot, and pineapple.
The Orange series includes highlights such as Purple Blossom a delightful mix of pomegranate, apple, grape, and lemon all known to benefit cardiovascular health and Orange Pour has flu fighting capabilities with vitamin-rich sources from pomegranate, orange, apple, and carrot.
Priced from HK$58 to HK$70 per 250 ml bottle, Water Juicery’s collection will be sold online and made to order within two working days. Delivery charge is HK$50 to Hong Kong Island and HK$100 to selected locations in Kowloon.
