Sun Hung Kai Properties wins Marketing accolade

Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) won a 30th Anniversary Award for Achievement in Marketing Excellence from the Hong Kong Management Association, in recognition of its “outstanding marketing strategies and performance” over the years.

SHKP deputy MD Victor Lui said described the award as “a prestigious industry honour” that recognises the company’s marketing strategies for its shopping malls and residential projects.  
“SHKP will continue developing premium properties and offering quality management and customer service to give homebuyers and shopping mall customers distinctive experiences. More exceptional marketing programs will be introduced to draw everyone with fresh appeal,” he said.
SHKP has received a number of marketing excellence awards from the Hong Kong Management Association since 2000. Yoho Town won a gold award for building the image of a residence for discerning young buyers, and The Leighton Hill won another gold for attracting a positive response amid a weaker property market, driven by its positive association with the noble life.
Manhattan Hill was notable for a top design, materials and facilities, while the APM mall introduced the late-night shopping concept. Both projects won bronze awards.
Established in 1985, the Hong Kong Management Association HKMA / TVB Awards for Marketing Excellence are considered the Oscars of the industry, commending companies for outstanding marketing in the territory. A panel of judges made up of executives from a number of large companies evaluate contenders on stringent criteria including ideas and objectives, strategies, originality, effectiveness and advantages.
