Luxe Threads launches Pia Gladys Perey in Singapore

New multi-label retailer Luxe Threads is bringing three highly-coveted eveningwear and accessories labels to Singapore in a multi channel initiative.

The website handpicks contemporary styles from the most sought-after emerging designers around the world, promising its customers “red carpet glamour at affordable prices”.

It’s starting with a three month long pop up in Takashimaya Singapore launching the largest range ofPia Gladys Perey’s ready-to-wear line in Singapore. Made with luxury and romance in mind, Pia Gladys Perey’s limited line is the ultra-flattering, sexy and elegant evening wear that has graced the red carpets of The Golden Globes, Emmy Awards and the American Music Awards; and spotted on Hollywood’s A-listers like Angelina Jolie and Demi Lovato.

“Termed ‘affordable couture’, local fashionistas can now be photo-ready with fabulous designer gear that celebrates the female form in any shape and age,” explains Luxe Threads.

The Pia Gladys Perey label made its debut at the Australian Fashion Week in 2007 and has become a much-loved brand among the fashion-savvy. It is now available in seven countries around the world and exclusively to Luxe Thread in Singapore.

The Pia Gladys Perey pop up runs from now until the end of January in the ladies’ wear department on level 3.

Next up from Luxe Threads is a range of accessories including bold and sophisticated purses by New York based designer Conlyn Chan. Her high-society Lawless Accessories brand makes its debut in Singapore soon after the well-received launch at New York Fashion Week.

At the other end of the glamour wear spectrum, British fashion label Chi Chi London exudes a fun and vibrant spirit through its range of whimsical cocktail, prom, evening and maxi dresses, all designed and made in-house. Chi Chi London is the third brand in Luxe Threads Singapore launch.

“So you don’t have an enormous budget or a glam squad like your favourite stars do in preparation for an event – but that doesn’t mean you can’t look like a million bucks,” explains Luxe Threads of its Singapore presence. “You can now dress to impress without breaking the bank.”
