Fast growing restaurant and delicatessen group Butchers Club opened its third Hong Kong burger restaurant in the territory on Friday.
The new eatery has opened in the K-11 art mall and is located facing out towards the open air courtyard.

 
Mischievously borrowing a theme from the Star Wars franchise, the owners promoted the opening with a “Take a trip to The Darkside (TST)” theme for the opening celebrations, which offered free beer, burgers and live music. Darth Vader even made a guest appearance, chowing down on a ‘Double Happiness’ burger.

There are also Butcher Club Burger restaurants in Bali and Singapore – and other related retail venues in Hong Kong, including the Butchers Barrel butchery and wine shop in Mid Levels and Steak Frites restaurant in Central.
