Nike has brought its Air Jordan retail concept to Hong Kong, opening a flagship store on Wellington St.

Air Jordan is a brand of shoes and athletic clothing designed, owned, and produced for Michael Jordan by Nike’s Jordan Brand subsidiary.

The Hong Kong flagship is the brand’s newest global store. It opened this week.

As the images show, the store features strong distinctive gold branding contrasting with a clean minimal finish and sparse product to generate a feel of exclusivity.

The new store features a display with every silhouette from the Air Jordan 1 through to the Air Jordan 29 draped in gold.

On the outside of the store, a large recreation of the iconic “Wings” poster with Michael Jordan’s outstretched arms creates impact in striking gold.

The Air Jordan 8 Wellington flagship store is located at Wellington Place, 2-8 Wellington St. in Hong Kong.
