Pop-up stores for Harbour City Chocolate Trail

Hong Kong’s annual Harbour City Chocolate Trail, which launched yesterday and runs until February 21, has attracted more than 30 international chocolate brands offering menus, workshops and other activities.
As well as involving 16 shops in the centre, the Chocolate Trail includes 12 pop-up stores with offering from such brands as Black as Chocolate from Taiwan, Domori from Italy, and Homie Cookies and Sift from Hong Kong.
Italy’s Ferrero Rocher is taking an artistic approach to the Chocolate Trail in a special presentation at Gallery by the Harbour in Ocean Center, Harbour City. The “Ferrero Gallery” will feature limited-edition pralines, chef demonstrations and a collaboration with celebrity makeup artist Zing.
