Ready Flowers surpasses 1 million customers

After more than 10 years in business, online florist Ready Flowers has just surpassed 1 million customers across the world, thanks to its collaboration with 4000 florists in more than 90 countries.

Starting out as an online flower-delivery site in Perth, Western Australia, in 2005, Ready Flowers expanded to Southeast Asia two years later and a year later established its global headquarters in Hong Kong.

With trained customer-service representatives and a multi-lingual staff, the company says that more than 54 per cent of its transactions come from returning customers.
