Eurostop China opens office in Kowloon

Retail management and Epos software supplier Eurostop China, which specialises in the fashion, footwear and general merchandise sectors, has opened an office in Kowloon.
This follows the London-based company opening offices in China and Singapore. Its e-retail management system is already being used by such companies as international sports brand Erke, with more than 7000 outlets, Beijing Winter Olympics sponsor Anta Sports, with 12,000 outlets, and luxury bedding brand Fuanna, which has 2000 stores across China.
“Growth in the Asia Pacific region has been significant and is set to continue,” says Eurostop China MD Hew Poh Yin. “This latest office opening underlines our commitment to the area by offering retailers a strong, local support network backed up by the latest technology.
“We have developed our software for the market and believe it also important to provide a localised customer experience. We feel that our understanding of Chinese consumers and local service infrastructure is particularly important in this fast-paced and demanding environment.”
For example, the retail system supplied to Fuanna includes Eurostop’s latest innovative, V Shop, which integrates with the Chinese messaging app WeChat. It also supports Online to Offline (O2O) through providing online information, services or discounts to consumers.
Founded in 1990, Eurostop advises on and supplies technology, training, support and custom development. Its systems are available in several languages.
