Fourth Epicurean Market for Marina Bay Sands

Celebrating food, wine and spirits, the fourth Epicurean Market returns to Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands from August 12 to 14.

Covering three halls in the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, the event will feature celebrity chefs, renowned restaurants, gourmet produce and cheese, fine wines, spirits and sake, handcrafted cocktails and craft beers.

Ten celebrity-chef restaurants will hold court, with appearances from such chefs as Mario Batali, Daniel Boulud, David Myers, Wolfgang Puck, Gordon Ramsay, David Thompson, Justin Quek and Tetsuya Wakuda. These masters and other experts will present more than 50 master classes.

A key attraction is a Farmer’s Market with fresh produce and gourmet items curated by the Marina Bay Sands team and flown in from markets in Asia, Europe and North America. There will also be the chance to meet wine purveyors, brewers and distillers in the wine hall, which features more than 20 merchants. Two after-parties will feature cocktails from renowned mixologists.

Tickets go on sale in June.
