Malaysian TMpoint stores become interactive experience

TM point Malaysia. 1Global retail and brand consultancy Fitch worked closely with Telekom Malaysia (TM) on new concepts to refresh its TMpoint stores.

In Quill City Mall, the first of the new outlets offers an interactive experience aimed at inspiring customers, offering them advice and and letting them experience TM’s full suite of offerings. The fresh concept will be rolled out across all TMpoint stores throughout Malaysia.

“We’ve aimed for an interactive, relevant and enriching experience,” says Fitch executive creative director Darren Watson.
