The DJI drone Experience Zone inside Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) is being expanded to include a larger flight demo area, digital gallery and a selfie corner.
At the heart of the airport, the revamped zone will give travellers a chance to experience aerial photography and filmmaking.
Visitors will be able to see drones in action in the expanded flight demo area, a 5.5m-high cage.
In the SkyPixel digital gallery visitors can browse the latest aerial photos and videos from around the world, while in the selfie corner they can snap a selfie against an iconic Hong Kong backdrop and share it online. There is also a product showcase.
Events will also be held at the DJI drone Experience Zone, such as SkyPixel exhibitions, product workshops and performances. The zone is on Level 7 of departures in the East Hall, South Side, Terminal 1 (airside), and is open 12 hours a day from 10am.
