Hong Kong listing for Ant Financial?

Alibaba founder Jack Ma wants to list his finance spin-off Ant Financial in Hong Kong.
According to a report in the Ming Pao newspaper, Ma told an audience at an event in Macau on Monday that he “very much hopes” Ant Financial Services Group will list in Hong Kong.
Ma personally controls Ant Financial and there has been long-running speculation the company will launch an IPO.
A spokesman for Ma said the company does not have a timeline for the listing and has not as yet decided on which exchange it will list.  While Hong Kong is an obvious option, the company may split its listing on two exchanges – perhaps in the mainland as well, and a listing in the US has not been expressly ruled out as yet.
Ant Financial’s assets include online payment service Alipay and has been valued at close to US$60 billion.
