Entries are being sought for the 2016 Singapore Franchise Awards.

Now in their 12th year, the awards recognise outstanding franchising and licensing concepts and achievements in Singapore and aim to help advance the development and progress of franchise companies in the international arena.

The awards include Competitive and Recognition Awards, and comprise eight different categories that recognise and honour the various stakeholders in the industry, including franchisors, licensors and franchisees.

The 2015 award winners came from a wide range of industries, spanning education, fitness and  wellness and this year there is evidence of a trend towards a rise in the number of physiotherapy clinics foraying into franchising and licensing.

The deadline for entries is August 5.
