Uma Uma Ramen Manila debuts
Another Japanese restaurant chain has entered the Philippines as Uma Uma Ramen Manila debuts in S Maison at Conrad Hotel, SM MOA complex.
Originating from Fukuoka, Japan, Uma Uma Ramen has more than 60 years in the business. Uma Uma Ramen Manila features a special menu of more than 11 types of Yakitori and Kushikatsu, prepared a la minute and paired with homemade sauces.
“Our broth is made from a rich broth of pork bones, slow cooked over high heat to achieve the distinct and robust flavour infused through hours of cooking. It’s 100 per cent MSG-free,” Russell Yu, director of Iki Concepts, said in an interview.
Uma Uma Ramen Manila also has a bar extension serving local, Singaporean and Japanese flavours.
