Hong Kong healthy food outlet Genie Juicery is about to launch its third store, in Sai Ying Pun.
Designed as a hang-out space for community members interested in healthy food and nutrition, the store will offer fresh cold-pressed juices, superfood smoothies, nut “mylks”, cold-brew coffees, protein shakes, alkaline waters, probiotic drinks and hot vegan coffees.
There will also be a range of raw, organic, vegan and gluten-, dairy- and soy-free salads and snacks.

Three flavours of smoothie bowls will be launched at the store. These are bowls with blended fruits, vegetables and superfoods with a range of 10 toppings.
Genie Juicery was launched by Australian friends Melanie Barnish and Cara McIlroy – read more here on Inside Retail Hong Kong. After relocating from the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia, they both worked in the fashion industry for many years.
As certified health coaches from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, the two friends launched Genie Juicery in 2011, followed by a flagship store in the IFC shopping mall. There is also a flagship store in Taipei. The new outlet is in Fook Moon Building in Sai Yin Pun.
