Games Workshop Hong Kong makes debut

UK hobby miniature maker Games Workshop Hong Kong has opened a store as part of a plan to boost its brand in the city.
Based in Nottingham, Games Workshop has had more than 30 years’ experience designing miniatures for strategy battle games and collectors.
Games Workshop Hong Kong sales manager Ismail Sekkate says it is timely to open a retail outlet after years of partnering with distributors in Hong Kong.
He says the Mong Kok store offers the latest miniatures, plus related accessories and books. The store also holds regular workshops on painting and modelling miniatures.
“Hong Kong as an international city is the best window for us to promote our products in the region,” says Sekkate. “We will use the Hong Kong office to expand our customer base, as well as developing our own retail chain.”
