YCP Dining Hong Kong, a subsidiary of YCP Group, has opened its first Teppei Syokudo restaurant in Hong Kong, a blend of fast food and Japanese cuisine.
In Wan Chai, the eatery offers authentic Japanese cuisine in a casual style with a focus on fresh, quality ingredients, says YCP Group F&B division GM Itaru Nagao.
Teppei Syokudo is named after chef Teppei Yamashita, who was trained at a traditional Japanese restaurant in Fukuoka and now runs a restaurant in Singapore.
Newly established, YCP Dining Hong Kong aims to bring fresh brands and concepts to the restaurant industry in Hong Kong. It has support from YCP Group companies including YCP Holdings, which has offices in Bangkok, Shanghai, Singapore and Tokyo.
