Shopping centre The Verge has been sold for S$189.75 million.
The Verge is an eight-storey property branded as Chill @TheVerge. The property has been bought by Lum Chang Holdings and an investment partner, a subsidiary of LaSalle Asia Opportunity V LP, described as a “pan-Asia opportunistic fund” and run by LaSalle Investment Management Asia.
Lum Chang says it bought the property as a long-term investment for its rental income.
The Verge was previously owned by Malaysian-based Hicom Megah and Singapore companies Mohamed Mustafa & Samsuddim and B.I. Distributors.
