Tang Palace selling Venetian Macao restaurant

Tang Palace has entered into an agreement with the DK Group to sell its Chinese restaurant at the Venetian Macao in Macau.
In a separate agreement, Dragon King will buy one of its Hong Kong eateries.
The DK Group is principally engaged in the Chinese restaurant business while Tang Palace mainly runs multi-brand chain restaurants.
Tang Palace (China) Holdings opened its first restaurant in China in 1997 and was listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange in 2011. The company has 10 brands including Tang Palace Seafood Restaurant, Tang Palace Restaurant, Tang’s Cuisine, Excellent Tang Palace, Social Place, Canton Tea Room and Ninja House Japanese Restaurant.
Tang Palace has restaurants in first- and second-tier cities including Beijing, Chengdu, Dongguan, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Suzhou and Tianjin.
