Urban Decay Singapore has opened a flagship store in Orchard Road.

It is the third standalone store in Singapore for the US cosmetics brand, which is a L’Oreal subsidiary.

To mark the opening of its flagship at Ngee Ann City, Urban Decay is introducing its Nocturnal Collection.

Just before the opening, Urban Decay had a pop-up outside its Ngee Ann City store site.
