New grocery website Jou Sun has aggregated a list of fresh-food vendors with the aim of delivering better-quality food to Hong Kong residents.

Jou Sun grocery offers products direct from more than 25 specialty vendors. Its checkout process and delivery service allows customers to buy fresh pork from Hong Kong’s Fu Ying Butcher, organic free-range eggs from Thailand’s Hilltribe Eggs and farm-fresh vegetables from Qinyuan’s Magic Season Organics. Orders can arrive the next day during a two-hour time slot of choice.

Jou Sun grocery staff have met each vendor personally, and requires them to supply valid food licences and organic certificates. Its software optimises the process and speeds up delivery.

Buyers simply choose the products they want from the multiple shops, and their orders are automatically sent to the vendors along with the delivery arrangement. The vendors send the orders to Jou Sun’s distribution centre for packing and pick-up by delivery agents.
