SAP Hybris digital seminar links speakers three cities

SAP will host its first SAP Hybris Live Digital Summit on March 8 in Singapore.

The one-day event will contain both digital and physical elements with live streaming of sessions from three locations: Singapore, Munich, and New York. Free of charge for registrants, the summit will focus on the overarching theme of “Go Beyond Disruption,” bringing together thousands of professionals from across the globe who are involved in the customer journey, ranging from marketers and developers to senior executives.

SAP Hybris executives will lead keynote sessions in each location, including Jamie Anderson, SVP & chief marketing officer (Singapore), Brian Walker, chief strategy officer (Munich) and Carsten Thoma, president and co-founder of SAP Hybris (New York).

Customers and SAP Hybris partners will present real life examples of innovation stories, detailing steps they took to transform their businesses.

Bridging the digital and live event experiences

Changing customer demands are transforming businesses and driving disruption in every industry. The SAP Hybris LIVE: Digital Summit will spotlight these changes and offer insights on how organisations can evolve and remain relevant in the Digital Age.

The summit will live-stream dynamic keynotes, interactive panels, and expert presentations from Singapore, Munich, and New York via SAP’s global events platform directly to registered attendees’ desktops, laptops, or mobile devices. Over 50 hours of on-demand content will be housed in a digital asset library after the event, covering topics such as: customer engagement, product return on investment, cloud migration, microservices, and scaling innovation.

Each physical location has a defined theme to appeal to local attendees:

  • Singapore: Delivering Great Experiences in Diverse Markets.
  • Munich: Bridging the Gaps in the Customer Journey.
  • New York: Machine Learning and the Power of Context.

Another notable keynote speaker will be Michael Zhu, CIO of sports brand and retailer Li Ning. He will be sharing how Li Ning introduced and managed change in their organization.

“In the disruption economy, time and team are the two most powerful tools our customers have,” says Jamie Anderson. “This digital format allows our customers’ entire teams to attend, and gives attendees the choice of joining for a single session, the full day, or anywhere in between – regardless of where they are. It’s a modern, omnichannel event for a modern, omnichannel marketplace.”
