Honolulu Cafe Singapore now at Westgate

Offering more than 31 baked items, Honolulu Cafe Singapore has opened a second outlet, in Westgate Mall.

All made on the premises by chefs from Hong Kong, the cafe offers such items as traditional egg tarts and pineapple buns as well as Hong Kong milk tea.

As a first for Singapore, the cafe is offering a Hong Kong-style breakfast, including instant noodles with ham and egg.

Customers can have take aways or dine in at the 38-seater cafe, on the mall’s second floor.

Honolulu Cafe was launched by restaurant group First Gourmet in May last year, in Centrepoint Orchard Road.

“Honolulu Cafe’s baked goods have been well-received in Singapore, in particular the traditional egg tarts, pineapple bun and luncheon-meat bun, says F&B manager Aaron Lim. “In our second outlet the focus is on offering a full range of bakery items, similar to Hong Kong’s outlets, and to allow diners to have more economical options with the breakfast and tea-time sets.”
