Pret A Manger Hong Kong says demand growing for superfoods

In response to a growing demand from sophisticated, health-conscious consumers in Hong Kong, superfoods and organic food are being marketed as key components of overall health and wellness.

Pret A Manger Hong Kong, the chain of 20 natural food and organic coffee shops, tells Marketing Interactive how it has responded to healthy eaters’ insatiable appetite for the latest food fads.
It says organic products have shifted from being a lifestyle choice for a small number of consumers to being eaten at least occasionally by most Hong Kong people.
